In a small village,called "Cetine", the Ecoturismo La casa Gialla,
is located in a protected area, in the south of Siena, hidden in an oak forest. The house is managed by Paola, who teaches natural terapies and alimentation and by Clelia, painter and sculptor.....

"living here for many years, we have integrated our activities in
contact with nature,trying to share a simple and creative live style
with our guests. The people who arrive to the house in the wood, come
with their energy, philosophie, expectations and ideas and we can meet
eating together, exchanging opinions and experiences in front of the
fire place...."
Cetine is situated in the hills around Siena, in an area with a big natural, historical and geomineralogical importance. The
antimon mine, abandoned fo over 50 years, it's still famous for the
peculiar minerals found only here. In the medieval village of
Chiusdino, there is a little museum about the history of the mine and
Siena university is preparing guided tours. The
area is rich of paths and tracks that you can discover by mountainbike,
riding a horse or simply going for a walk, you'll see castles, old
villages and pure nature. You can also find a swimming pool at two km
distance.In the rivers Merse (at 10 km) and Farma (at 35 km) you can bathe in clear water.
